Lenny White returns to the UK on July 21st when he takes to the stage at Indigo 2 with Return To Forever . The potent jazz fusion outfit have reformed for their first tour in 25 years which covers the US and Europe. It features the classic lineup of Chick Corea on keyboards, Al Di Meola on guitar, Stanley Clarke on bass and Lenny on drums. Silva Screen’s master recording of Theme From A Summer Place will be used in an Orange Telecommunication TV ad campaign in the Slovak Republic. Written by Max Steiner for the 1959 film, a version by Percy Faith topped the US chart in 1960. Since then, this particular piece of music has become an iconic piece that has captured the carefree days of summer and has appeared in a wide range of film and TV programmes from The Simpsons to Batman to Rocky III and many, many more.
