Howard Shore’s soundtrack for the new Mel Gibson film, Edge Of Darkness will be released on February 22nd. It’s a remake of the classic 1985 BBC drama that centered on corporate cover-ups and government collusion. The film opens in the UK on January 29th.

The hottest show on American television at present is about to set UK TV and the charts alight this weekend. High school comedy drama Glee will launch on Channel 4 this Sunday (17th) after posting good figures on E4 and music from the series is populating the music industry midweeks. Silva Screen’s recording of O Fortuna from Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana features in the show.

The stunning ad for William Lawson scotch that has been running in Belgium for a couple of years has had its run extended until the end of 2010.
