Terminator-visualNow an important day in the music calendar, Record Store Day falls on Saturday the 19th of April this year.  In amongst the six hundred or so releases are two classic  soundtrack offerings from Silva Screen, never before released on these vinyl formats.

Alongside a selection of the most popular themes from one of the finest action movie soundtracks ever written, Brad Fiedel’s iconic Terminator 2 Theme will be released on 7”. The claustrophobic layering of electronic sounds and orchestral instruments create a tense sonic landscape which has become synonymous with the film’s theme of the battle between man and machine.

Hello-10inch-coverSilva Screen’s second exclusive release sees “Hello (I Love You) on 10” vinyl for the first time.  Originally put out in 2007, Roger Waters contributed this song to Howard Shore’s soundtrack for The Last Mimzy. The unmistakable vocals and giant creative talent that define Pink Floyd’s iconic status are undoubtedly in evidence here, making this a must have for fans and collectors
