The BAFTA and Ivor Novello Award winning versatile composer Carl Davis had a long history with Silva Screen, releasing many highly acclaimed scores. They included a 30th anniversary recording of the World At War soundtrack and his extensive repertoire of new music for silent film which included Napoleon, The Essential Charlie Chaplin, Ben-Hur and the ITV series The Silents.
