Silva Screen’s master recording of Theme From A Summer Place will be used in an Orange Telecommunication TV ad campaign in the Slovak Republic. Written by Max Steiner for the 1959 film, a version by Percy Faith topped the US chart in 1960. Since then, this particular piece of music has become an iconic piece that has captured the carefree days of summer and has appeared in a wide range of film and TV programmes from The Simpsons to Batman to Rocky III and many, many more.
