In more Zimmer news, the great man himself will be playing live in London this coming October 10-11 in a concert entitled “Hans Zimmer Revealed”. Accompanied by a band of top musicians, plus a few special surprise guests from the pop and rock world, Zimmer will initially perform a selection from his classic film scores, changing the format in the second half of the concert to re-imagine some of his most iconic themes. The resulting cross-genre programme will be a first for Zimmer:
“Performing a concert series like this is something that I have always wanted to do, and I am thrilled that that time has finally come,” said Zimmer. “I am very excited to get some of my very talented friends together and give our audiences an experience unlike any concert they have every been to before.” – Hans Zimmer
